Neil Dickinson
Director, Heavy Construction Division
Prior to its acquisition by Finning (UK) of H. Leverton Limited (a Unilever company), Neil was General Manager, Power Systems from 1992 to 1997. In October 1997, he was appointed Director of Power Systems Finning (UK) Ltd and in September 2003 moved from Finning (UK) Ltd to take up the position of Vice President, Human Resources of Finning International Inc. in Canada.
November 2004, Neil moved back to the UK to take up the appointment of Managing Director, Finning (UK) Ltd and following a restructure within the Finning Group in November 2006 currently holds the position of Director, Heavy Construction Division.
Neil has extensive knowledge and experience of Caterpillar dealerships and of the Caterpillar organization and began his career with Unilever as a graduate trainee in 1979.
Neil has an MA from Warwick University in Industrial Relations, and BA History and Politics from the University of Salford (Manchester) in the U.K. He is married with two children.
