We believe that helping our employees to develop and improve their skills is vital in order for us to utilise our resources effectively, exceed our customers' expectations and stay ahead of the competition.
We provide a wide range of training activities for our employees, including specialist sales training, management development programmes and health, safety and operator training.
Our annual intake of Apprentices undertake a highly structured three-year training and development programme.
Our Technical staff regularly attend manufacturers product training in order to keep abreast of the most current innovations and techniques available and all are registered within the Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
